Maggie Probst is a mezzo soprano, vocal coach and Pianist. She holds a BM in both voice and piano from Southeastern Louisiana University and a MM in Vocal Performance from Loyola University. She has extensive knowledge and experience in a vast range of musical genres, including opera, jazz, musical theater, pop, rock and sacred music.

Ms. Probst has performed with local musicians such as Spencer Wiggins and John "Papa" Gros as well as renowned international artists.  She has been singing with the New Orleans Opera since 2011 and is the Director of Music at St. Matthew's United Methodist Church in Metairie, Louisiana.

Maggie has been teaching voice and piano for over ten years and teaches virtually every age, level, and style. Every lesson is challenging, fun and rewarding. She has taught students who now have successful music careers and some who have continued their studies into university music programs.
